On the grounds of our experience we know that instruments, which are regularly inspected, can work trouble-free for many years. The optimum frequency for the equipment inspections is once a year.
Furthermore, according to the standards, the calibrations provided for instruments should be checked after one-year operation.
Within the frameworks of the instrument inspection and certifying procedure we carry out the following:

·   Inspection and cleaning of all analyzer components together with the computer’s central processing unit;
·   Replacement of filters and other replaceable parts which have occured
·   Repairing of all damage occurring in the process of analyzer operation (all additional cost are in advance agreed with the customer):
·   Functional check of the equipment

Inspection duration: up to 7 days.

In order to get the equipment inspection and certification you are pleased to send the analyzer and the computer’s (or notebook’s) central processing unit together with cables connecting the instrument with the computer (the USB/BNC cable and the parallel cable) to KAMIKA Instruments company department at 15 Kocjana street, 01-473 Warsaw, Poland.
The analyzer should be packed in the transportation suitcase (if such has been provided with the equipment).
In case of use of transportation services of courier-express companies it is necessary to make a note, that theshipment needs special care.

Based on the analyzer condition we are able to give possible additional advice related to instrument operation. This is why it is beneficial for the user to receive the instrument personally after the inspection – additional training is possible in such case.

The instrument after inspection is calibrated with the spherical particles according to the standards and conformity certificates of Duke Scientific Corporation, Palo Alto, California, USA.
We provide the calibration certificate for the instrument.

After completion of the works the user is given the formal inspection record, which lists all the works performed.
